How the LSP was formed
Since 2000, local authorities across the country have had a legal obligation to establish Local Strategic Partnerships and prepare Community Plans for their areas.

Rother Community Plan & Action Plans
We consulted with you the residents of Rother in 2002 through our "Tell Us What You Think" Community Consultation. From this consultation, nine Priority Action Areas were highlighted as needing attention.

LSP Funded Projects
Funding has been made available from the income generated by second homes revenue in a protocol established by the County Council, in agreement with all the Districts and Borough Councils in East Sussex.

Terms of Reference
The primary aim of the Rother Local Strategic Partnership is to work with the Rother community and others, to provide a Sustainable Community Strategy that addresses the economic, social and environmental well-being of the Rother community.

LSP Action Plans 2008-11
The action plans are the collective work of the eight priority action groups that were established to deliver the Rother Community Plan, now the Sustainable Community Strategy. |
